Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for any Dr. Brandt skincare product sold during our VYD sale. If the purchase was made from a different website or retail store, please return items back to the original location.

To make your return request please contact our Customer Support team via email to help@drbrandt.com or via our toll free number (800) 234-1066 to receive a return label via email. All return labels will be a flat rate of $5.99, deducted from the order’s refund.

Please ensure you meet the below requirements before submitting your request.

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase delivery date.
• We cannot accept returns on over half used or empty products. Exchanges will be only accepted for defective products or shipping errors made on our end.
• If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for assistance. A replacement will not be allowed on damage to outer cartons/packaging only, unless damage is made to item itself.

• For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please process your return/exchange request, using our provided pre-paid return label. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit or without a tracking number.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. An email will be sent to confirm your return/refund has been processed.
